1. Initial Inspection of Appearance and Sealing

First, inspect the cabinet's structural integrity to confirm there are no deformation, cracks, or abnormal wear. Focus on testing the tightness of the door seals-verify through smoke testing or differential pressure testing that they meet a leakage standard of ≤0.1 m³/h to prevent fluctuations in ambient temperature and humidity from affecting solder paste stability.

2. Verification of Precision Temperature and Humidity Control

After the cabinet is started up, the storage area's temperature and humidity must be continuously monitored for 24 hours. Industry standards require a temperature fluctuation range of ±1°C (typically set at 20-25°C) and humidity control between 30-60% RH. Calibrated sensors are used to sample data at multiple points. If the deviation exceeds the set threshold, an alarm system is triggered, requiring investigation of the cooling module or dehumidification unit.

3. Dynamic Monitoring of Solder Paste Condition

A built-in load cell regularly records solder paste weight changes (accuracy ±0.1g). Combined with viscometer sampling (at least once per shift), this system assesses whether the solder paste is excessively agitated or has abnormal sedimentation. Advanced models are equipped with a near-infrared spectrometer for real-time analysis of metal particle distribution uniformity.

4. Data Traceability and Compliance Verification

All test parameters are automatically stored and a PDF report is generated, including the batch number, operator ID, and test timestamp. According to IPC J-STD-033B, the system must verify 72-hour power-off data retention and ensure that hierarchical access control complies with ISO 9001 audit trail requirements.
