Working Principle
- Sensor Start: Equipped with an infrared sensor, it can sensitively detect the movement of a person and automatically start and stop the cleaning process.
- Cleaning Process: A motor drives the track brush, which draws clean water or cleaning fluid from the bottom tank to clean the shoe sole.
- Drying Step: After cleaning, a person enters the drying area, where a sponge absorbs any remaining moisture from the shoe sole.
- Drainage and Water Replacement: The equipment is equipped with an automatic water replacement and drainage system to maintain clean water and remove wastewater.
Structural Components
- Cleaning Module: Primarily composed of the track brush, it is the component that comes into direct contact with the shoe sole for cleaning. Made primarily of nylon filaments, it offers excellent cleaning effectiveness and a long service life.
- Power Module: Composed of a motor and transmission, it powers the brush, ensuring it cleans the shoe sole at the appropriate speed and force.
- Tank Module: This stores cleaning water and wastewater and is equipped with a water level sensor for real-time water level monitoring. • Drying Module: Utilizes a PVA absorbent sponge to quickly absorb moisture from the sole after cleaning.
- Control Module: An integrated controller coordinates and manages the operation of various components, enabling automatic control of water changes, cleaning time, and frequency.
