MINAMI Steel Mesh Wiping Paper

MINAMI steel mesh wiping paper is a special cleaning paper for SMT printing of circuit boards in the electronics industry.

 

 

Made from natural wood pulp and polyester fibers, it is hydroentangled to create a wood pulp/polyester double-layer structure. The plain weave hydroentangled nonwoven fabric is composed of 55% wood pulp and 45% polyester, balancing liquid absorption and durability.

 

 

Durable, highly absorbent, soft, dust-resistant, and anti-static. The soft material won't scratch or damage surfaces. Suitable for use with cleaning fluids, it absorbs liquids over four times faster than ordinary cotton cloths, effectively removing excess solder paste, red glue, and other residues from printing press stencils and circuit boards.

 

 

Common sizes include 270mm x 5m with an inner liner of 8mm x 290mm; and 350mm x 6m with an inner liner of 8mm x 370mm. Other widths, lengths, and inner liner sizes are also available to accommodate different printing presses.

 

 

Primarily suitable for all fully automatic printing presses, including MPM, DEK, KME, YAMAHA, JUKI, and EKRA. It effectively removes excess solder paste, red glue, and other materials from printing press stencils and circuit boards, keeping electronic circuit boards spotless, significantly reducing scrap and improving production efficiency and product quality.
