Panasonic Steel Mesh Wiping Paper

Panasonic Stencil Cleaning Paper is designed specifically for SMT printing on circuit boards in the electronics industry.

 

 

Highly absorbent, soft, dust-resistant, and anti-static. The soft material does not scratch or damage surfaces, and can be used with cleaning solutions. Its exceptional absorbency is over four times faster than ordinary cotton cloths, effectively removing water and oil stains without the use of any chemical adhesives. Because it's produced in a cleanroom, impurities are prevented from entering the wipe paper, minimizing printing defects caused by impurities carried over from the stencil during the printing process. It also comes with anti-static packaging to meet the stringent anti-static requirements of electronic products.

 

 

Common sizes include 350mm × 20m (with a 38mm × 355mm inner tube); 360mm × 10m (with a 38mm × 360mm inner tube); and 270mm × 10m (with a 38mm × 280mm inner tube). Width, length, and inner tube diameter and length can be customized based on the product size and printing press model.

 

 

Effectively removes excess solder paste, red glue, and other contaminants from printing press stencils and circuit boards, keeping electronic circuit boards spotless. It can be used on all fully automatic printing presses, including Panasert, MPM, DEK, and Yamaha, significantly reducing scrap and significantly improving production efficiency and product quality.
