DEK Steel Mesh Wiping Paper

DEK Stencil Cleaning Paper is a specialized cleaning material for SMT printing, designed for fully automatic printing presses from brands like DEK. It is used to remove impurities such as solder paste and red glue from stencil surfaces.

Strong and durable, absorbent, soft, dust-resistant, and anti-static. It absorbs water and liquids more than four times faster than ordinary cotton cloths. Its soft material does not scratch surfaces and can be used with cleaning solutions. It also effectively removes water and oil stains, without the use of any chemical adhesives.

Low particle release, no additional contamination to equipment during the cleaning process. It effectively prevents printing defects such as missed prints and misaligned prints caused by solder paste residue, reduces equipment maintenance, extends the life of stencils and printing equipment, speeds up cleaning, reduces downtime, and improves overall production efficiency. Common hose inner diameters include 19.9mm ± 0.2mm and 23mm ± 0.2mm. Hose lengths are 405mm or 410 ± 1mm, resulting in a finished product diameter of 55mm ± 2mm. Paper width can be customized, with paper length typically 10m. Weights include 40g, 56g, 60g, 65g, and 68g. Both plain and textured finishes are customizable.

Primarily used in SMT printing of printed circuit boards in the electronics industry, it effectively removes excess solder paste and red glue from printer stencils and circuit boards. It can also be used for stencil cleaning on all fully automatic printing machines, including MPM, KME, and YAMAHA.
