Disposable Tacky Mat

Disposable sticky mat is composed of multiple layers of high-viscosity PE film, each layer coated with strong pressure-sensitive adhesive. It can effectively capture dust, sand, hair and tiny particles from shoe soles, cart wheels and trolley wheels. When the surface layer is full of dirt, just peel off the top film to expose a new clean sticky surface, no washing or maintenance required. Widely used in SMT workshops, PCB factories, electronic clean rooms, pharmaceutical and food processing workshops to keep the workshop dust-free environment. Standard specifications include 30 layers per mat, customizable sizes and adhesive strength to meet different cleanroom grade demands.
