AGV Workshop Magic Mat are made from a modified polymer resin, characterized by zero small molecule release, formaldehyde-free, odorless, and environmentally friendly performance. They are generally suitable for temperatures between -20°C and 85°C and feature a tear-resistant interlayer for added toughness.

Structure:

Available in 2.0mm, 1.5mm, and 1mm thicknesses, they feature a sticky surface for effective dust absorption and a self-adhesive bottom for easy attachment to the floor.

High Adhesion and Cleanliness:

The strong adhesive surface securely captures dust, dirt, and other contaminants from AGV wheels. The product boasts a cleanliness rating of over 98% for fine dust (Ø200 mm or greater), significantly reducing dust concentrations in workshops.

Washable and Reusable:

Unlike disposable sticky mats, AGV sticky mats can be cleaned with specialized cleaning tools and liquids when dirty. They regain their stickiness within 15 seconds and can be reused at least 3,000 times, ensuring a long service life. Strong Load-Bearing Capacity: With its strong load-bearing capacity, it can withstand the steady-speed passage of vehicles such as AGVs, meeting the traffic requirements of industrial scenarios.

Anti-Static Performance:
