MPM Steel Mesh Wiping Paper

MPM steel mesh wiping paper is a specialized wipe designed for use with MPM brand printers in SMT printing for the electronics industry. It can also be used with other brands of printers.

Efficient Water and Oil Absorption: MPM steel mesh wiping paper It absorbs liquids over four times faster than ordinary cotton cloths, quickly absorbing solder paste, red glue, and oil stains from stencils.

Dust-Free and Anti-Static: Produced in a cleanroom, the wipes eliminate impurities and possess anti-static properties, reducing printing defects caused by static electricity and dust during the printing process, protecting electronic components from static electricity.

Specifications: Common sizes of MPM stencil cleaning paper include 300mm × 10m with a 19.5mm × 455mm inner tube; 443mm × 10m with a 19.5mm × 455mm inner tube; and 600mm × 10m with a 19.5mm × 615mm inner tube. Other widths, lengths, and inner tube sizes are also available.

Applications: Primarily designed for MPM brand printers, but also suitable for all fully automatic printers such as DEK, KME, YAMAHA, JUKI, and EKRA.
