Features
Fully automated processes: Automatic code scanning, automatic refrigeration, solder paste reservation, automatic rewarming, and automatic mixing are all available, reducing manual operations and improving production efficiency and management accuracy.
Precise temperature control: Refrigerated areas typically have multiple temperature probes for real-time monitoring. The SPMS-300 intelligent solder paste storage cabinet, for example, has eight temperature probes, maintaining a temperature range of 0°C-10°C. It also utilizes a closed-loop system with tunneled access for both loading and unloading, minimizing temperature fluctuations.
First-in-first-out management: Control is performed based on the QR code printed on the solder paste, ensuring a first-in-first-out (FIFO) management system. Supports secondary solder paste recycling to minimize waste and ensure quality. Data Traceability: Connects to MES, ERP, and other systems to automatically generate reports, view solder paste in-and-out records, and trace the entire solder paste usage process, including refrigeration time, warming time, mixing time, and material removal time, enabling digital quality management.
Inventory Alert: The intelligent solder paste management system provides early warnings based on the set minimum inventory level. It also issues early warnings when solder paste is nearing its expiration date, facilitating timely replenishment and processing.
