Coupler

A Coupler is a core component in a mechanical transmission system that connects two shafts (driving and driven) and transmits motion and power. It not only transmits torque between the shafts but also compensates for relative displacement (such as radial, axial, and angular offset) caused by manufacturing and installation errors or operational deformation. It also provides cushioning, vibration reduction, and equipment protection. Good lubricity: Maintaining a uniform oil film between the spindle and bearing contact surfaces and preventing the oil film from being damaged during spindle startup or shutdown, maintaining good lubrication reduces friction and frictional heat, lowers spindle temperature rise, and ensures machining accuracy. Therefore, excellent lubricity is required.

Good oxidation resistance: When circulating lubrication is used on machine tool spindles, the spindle bearing oil must be able to withstand long-term use without deterioration, so it must exhibit good oxidation resistance.
